ROLL NUMBER
Used by the R.M. to identify each property.

Each property class further broken down by assessment type ( land or improvements)

This is the value that SAMA has assessed each of your properties at

This is the percentage of value set by the Provincial government - this is the percentage of your property value that is taxable

This is determined by multiplying your assessed value by the property class %

ASSESSMENT EXEMPTIONS
If any of your property is exempt from taxes it will appear in this column - the most common is to have a residential improvement (house) partially or completely exempt - when the occupier of the house owns or rents land the taxable value of that land is used to exempt the house. If you own a large amount of land your home is most likely not even assessed since it would be exempt
