2021 was the most recent revaluation year for property assessments so every property value was updated and assessment notices were mailed to every owner that year. 2023 is a just a regular maintenance year and so only those owners with properties who had values change would have received an assessment notice.

 

These were mailed March 24th. The assessment roll is open until April 24th - during this time owners may file an appeal if they believe their is an error with their assessment values.  Below you will find information on the 2021 Revaluation and links to other assessment information from SAMA.
